A weekend getaway for women with Selina & special guests.

In the circle of feminine spiritual practitioners, you will explore how feelings like fear, judgment or anger are in their essence made of pure wisdom. Using the Goddess energies of the Yoga tradition, which we will access using specific yoga asana and meditation practices, you will discover how to transform these energies alchemically to fully embody all aspects of your beautiful being.

Selina Gullery (www.selinayoga.net) has been leading women’s retreats and circles all over the world for many years. She will be holding the space and leading the practices.
